Our goal is to teach the fundamentals of Physical Education and Health through the use of game concepts, movement patterns and basic fitness principles in a safe environment that promotes healthy decision-making and positive behaviors. In doing so, we will be incorporating challenging, yet achievable goals that will help foster and enhance self-esteem and positive attitudes towards health and wellness.
Classes are held twice a week for 45 minutes.
Students are reminded to wear sneakers and appropriate clothing for going outside.
We do go out in cold weather, so hats, mittens and warm coats are encouraged as the weather gets cooler.
Students are taught by trained and certified specialists who truly enjoy working with your child/children each day.
