PL874 FORM

Once again, we are asking for your cooperation in filling out the PL874 form to meet the requirements of Public Law 874.  Please answer all of the questions on the survey form accurately and completely.  Reimbursement is made on a per pupil basis.  It is very important that every student returns a completed form to the main office. The Town of Bedford receives a substantial sum of money under this provision which is used to lower the cost of education to the taxpayers.  Please return this signed and dated form to the Bedford High School Main Office by Thursday, October 31, 2019.  Thank you for your assistance.
